Sophie is the founder of LSS Harmony and specializes in helping people transform their life! In her day to day work she teaches tools and solutions that awaken consciousness that result in healing and transformation.
In 2006, Sophie started LSS Harmony Life Coaching, to help people create a life of empowerment and freedom. She has logged more than 5,000 hours of individual coaching with clients over the years and is known to bring effective spiritual tools to the secular community. She not only teaches these concepts, but lives them and guides her clients to create a joyful life with confidence and an open heart.
She became passionate about the journey of self-development after she had her own life transformation and healed from anxiety, bulimia, and depression all of which resulted in a seventy pound weight loss and complete life transformation!
Currently, Sophie is in the second year of a Master's Program in Transpersonal Psychology with a specialty in Spiritual Psychology. Transpersonal Psychology is a holistic approach to psychotherapy. Instead of just dealing with the mind as in traditional psychology, transpersonal psychology treats all six aspects of human existence: intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual, creative and relational.
Most importantly, Sophie encourages us to face our inner self and accept, embrace, and fall in love with who we truly are.

Georgie Skover
Transformational Presence Coach & Managing Partner
Georgie Skover is a Tranformational Presence Coach and Managing partner of LSS Harmony, as well as the owner and principal designer of GLS Design. Through owning and running her own company for the last 15 years, Georgie has developed entrepreneurial skills in project management, business development, and strategic planning.
Georgie studied Transformational Presence Coaching and focuses on intuitively understanding the underlying issues beneath the challenges that we all face in our daily lives. She brings these skills to LSS Harmony and is especially drawn to the field of Life Coaching and Spiritual Development.
As a managing partner for LSS Harmony she is actively involved in assisting others on their life journey. As a Kitchen Designer, she found herself coaching couples to help them discover what it is they are looking for and then directs them to create and manifest their dream kitchen.
Georgie lives in West Palm Beach with her Maltese Lily. She loves walking along the Intracoastal Waterway, reading, and experiencing the tropical beauty of South Florida. However, her favorite thing to do is to work with her clients to help them discover their inner resources which ultimately give them access their own interior knowing!

Ivana Lackanova is filled with passion and ready to help you come home to your best self. A couple years ago her life was crumbling after she ended her marriage, and had an infant child to care for. She, all of a sudden, had a deep desire to create a better life for herself, so she could teach her daughter to do the same. Working with the law of attraction, developing herself, going to seminars, and being an eager seeker, she began to feel her heart sing once again and just knew she wanted to be a life coach to help others do the same.
She became a certified Life Coach through Fowler International Academy 0f Professional Coaching and also hired a life coach, which helped her to better understand her fears, how to overcome them, and find her true passion. She now knows the difference between living in fear and living in love. She is passionate about helping others listen to their heart, find their passion and live their dream life!
